To reinstate the grandeur of this five-bedroom property, Designed by Woulfe are providing both architectural and interior design services and will be overseeing this full renovation, returning the home and gardens to its prime position in this sought-after location.
Designed by Woulfe will be engaging a number of prominent Irish contractors to achieve its vision for the landmark home; preserving the prestige of this grand Victorian home whilst sympathetically modernising it for contemporary use.
The renovation will include the removal of post-modern structural changes to reinstate the original Victorian design to its former grandeur. Period details will be meticulously restored, working with sympathetic materials, whilst ensuring the home offers exemplary green credentials and energy efficiency.
W&J Bolger Sash Window Specialists have been appointed to carry out the restorations of the sash windows and Alan Tomlin at Irish Stained Glass has been selected to work on the stained glass elements in the property.
