British Homes Awards 2021 - Shortlisted

Designed by Woulfe are delighted to have been shortlisted for the British Homes Awards 2021 within the category of ‘Best Interior Design: Individual home, Project cost over £500,000′.

We undertook a full home renovation for this prime property in West London’s Notting Hill. Our clients were an American couple residing in London with their three-year-old twin boys. With their hectic but home-oriented lifestyles, they wanted the interiors to feel like an inner-city sanctuary that was as luxurious as it was comforting while providing the perfect environment to create beautiful memories as a family and when entertaining guests. The chic white drawing room displayed a rich mixture of organic textures and materials and provided a calming inner-city oasis with plenty of living botanicals.

In this luxurious kitchen the kitchen island takes centre stage, with a sleek dark wood base and a pristine white marble top. Equipped with a convenient sink and electric hobs, it stands as a functional and stylish centrepiece. Adjacent to the sink, a cutting board adorned with fresh vegetables awaits your culinary creations. Three elegant grey stools invite guests to gather around the island. Behind the island, the dark wood kitchen joinery showcases outstanding craftsmanship, with cabinets and a built-in oven. A stunning white marble countertop and splashback exude sophistication, complemented by the arrangement of a plant and kitchen accessories.

British Homes Awards

The British Homes Awards honour every aspect of housebuilding from architectural and luxury interior design through to build quality and innovation, from one-off houses to major developments. This years awards ceremony will be held at The Biltmore Mayfair, 44 Grosvenor Square, London on Friday 12th November.

Welcome to the luxury kids' playroom, transformed into a vibrant jungle paradise. A green trundle bed adorned with burnt orange and green cushions is accompanied by stuffed jungle animals. The walls are adorned with wallpaper showcasing lush jungle scenery and playful animals. The green-painted walls create a lively atmosphere. Burnt orange blinds adorn the window, adding a pop of colour. Green old suitcase-style side tables with matching lamps provide storage and illumination. A toy food shop and toy coffee machine offer endless opportunities for creative play. A children's drawing table with two seats inspires artistic exploration. This jungle-themed playroom is a haven of fun and creativity for children to explore and let their imaginations roam.
